Once you’ve agreed to retain our credit repair services, we develop and implement your Credit Rescue Plan. This includes reviewing your credit reports and identifying all the things that can be done to potentially improve your scores right away. We tailor a plan specific to your needs that may include opening accounts, closing accounts, paying down balances, transferring balances, requesting credit limit increases and identifying errors. We know how to maximize all these factors for any situation to get a quick start on improving your credit score.

Credit Rescue Plan

Quantum dispute technology will help you use the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) and other regulations to audit your credit report.  We will monitor your reports and correspodence  for six months with each of the three credit bureaus and relevant data furnishers. Utilizing factual disputing and Metro2 data format audits we will identify errors and ommisions in the credit reporting agencies files.  We will also identify any collections violations.  We will then prepare challanges for errors for you to authorize.  Any errors, ommisions and violations that do not get immediately resolved will get referred to our legal team for review for potential lawsuites.
